Faction Invasion is back!

We have taken on your feedback and come with an improved version of Faction Invasion!!!
This is a trial run! So encourage your faction mates to jump in and play! That way there is a greater opportunity for the team to gather the next round of feedback (through surveys, etc).
WHAT’S NEW WITH THIS INVASION?
We have updated the event/configuration to address some key points of your feedback, with top priorities being:
“THE SUPERSTAR INJURIES ARE FRUSTRATING AND DEMOTIVATING”
We have updated the superstar city defense system. Superstars will no longer become injured when defeated while defending a city. Defeated defensive superstars will return to your roster at the same hp as current roster hp. The loss of health that happens is during your initial attack, by losing and being injured normally in an offense battle.
“TOO DEMANDING ON MY TIME AND MY FACTION’S CONSTANT ENGAGEMENT”
We have implemented an “energy” system. It starts with 8 energy points, 1 point is consumed with each battle. 1 point is automatically regenerated each hour, up to the original cap of 8 so you can strategize and use them whenever you want (each hour, after a few hours, etc). But try to use them before they’re capped out, or they won’t regenerate any further!
Based on the data pulled from previous invasions, this change will reduce the engagement demands very significantly and help level the playing field differently than before.
“TOO DEMANDING ON MY ROSTER”
We have updated the configuration of the cities. Each city will now contain 16 total battles: 12 are solo, and 4 are tag-team. This is intended to align nicely with the energy system such that you can do a few battles with your favorite superstars alongside your faction, take a break while they defend the cities, and use them again when you regenerate your energy if defeated. This should also create a nice balance, allowing you to be more strategic about who you choose to use to your limited number of battles
“THE END OF THE BATTLE REWARDS DON’T FEEL APPROPRIATE”
We have increased the end-of-battle rewards value. Paired with a significant decrease to the battles/engagement demands, it should meet expectations and feel more appropriate to the level of time investment being required.
Now, these were the top priority points of feedback to address, and the team is eager to get another event out so we can gather more feedback on this iteration quickly
Please note that more points of feedback are being considered for a possible future release :
- improve the chat system
- improve matchmaking
- improve how teams are formed, or how the solo queue works
- improve visibility into team participation
- and more!
These will stay on the list of considerations for the time being, although we are excited for the next round of player feedback after the current updates!

The traditional multi-invasion rewards don’t apply here since this is a trial run, and we have added 100k coins as a 1-time bonus on this individual Invasion
